    The cultivation of new behaviors can only make sense if we have a clear picture of our old behaviors. So that's where we must begin.

    This makes me understand that letting go of the past doesn't mean forgetting , rather it means moving on to something new and understanding where we failed or fell and how to develop with God

    But letting anyone else take center stage in the drama of our life is the very thing that prevents us from actually living our own life. Letting any one of the many others journeying with us have the central role on our stage means we live in the wings of their life. Remaining central on our own stage is the goal of a life well lived.

    I'm having a lot of trouble with this one , this hit a string in me. I am thinking how my entire life I've never made myself the center of attention to my own self.
