In 2020, Purple House, one of Ireland’s most beloved and important cancer support charities celebrates its 30th anniversary. So valued are the services of the charity and so ubiquitous are the effects of cancer that nearly 50 Irish writers have contributed a story, essay or poem to this anthology.
Purple House was the first community-based cancer support centre in Ireland and is to the forefront in providing psycho-social support, psychological help and practical support to people living with a cancer diagnosis.
