To me, this is absolutely critical in becoming more charismatic. You have to like and love yourself.

You see, when you begin to act more like you are at your best, you will naturally start to become more charismatic.

In other words, always make sure you create the impression you want in all the people you meet, not just those you want to influence.

You need to consider what’s so important about what you have to say, and why people need to listen.

1. Imagine who you would be at your best or who you have been at your best.

2. See a film of yourself being really confident in a charismatic way. Make it really vivid and real. Change the submodalities so the image is crystal clear and vividly strong.

3. Step into the film and see through those eyes, hear through those ears, feel through those feelings. Run through the entire film and let yourself feel all the feelings filling you.
