Elen Tompkins is the author of ‘Silver Wheel: The Lost Teachings of the Deerskin Book’ (2016), a shamanic healer and Reiki Master. Now she calls herself Elen Elenna "a shamanic, Elven Ascension guide bringing the Elven & Star Teachings of the New Dawn."
Having read English and Philosophy at university, Elen Tompkins spent some years living in the forests of Wales, where she said she "received spiritual teachings directly from the Elven Elders."
In 2007, Elen met with her beloved shamanic teacher, Nancy ‘Dancing Light’ Sherwood. In pilgrimages to the ancient sites of Ireland and Wales, she was trained in shamanic wisdom and ceremony.
Silver Wheel is a record of the teachings she has received from the Shining Realms of the Elven Ones during ten years of shamanic practice in the forests of Wales.

Elen Elenna hosts a podcast, blogs, and records videos about her practices, and also runs a five-month Supernova Writing program.
